With our Shippo integration, you can buy discounted shipping labels from carriers like USPS and UPS without leaving your Bonfire Pro dashboard. Shippo labels are available for self-fulfilled orders, which are orders for products you store and ship yourself.
Before you start, you need a Shippo account! You can log in to an existing account or create a new one when connecting.
Connect to Shippo
From your Pro dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.
Next to Shippo, click Connect.
Log in to your Shippo account, or create one, and approve the connection.
Buying & printing labels
Go to Orders > Customer orders. Use the Need fulfillment filter to see orders waiting to ship.
Find the order(s) and click Get label.
Check the Items and Addresses.
Under Package details, choose a package. You can use a saved package template or carrier packaging, such as a USPS Flat Rate Envelope.
Pick a shipping service and rate, then click Next to buy and print your label.

Do I have to use Shippo?
No. You are welcome to ship self-fulfilled orders using whichever method works best for you. Shippo is simply an optional tool to help you easily purchase and print shipping labels directly from your Bonfire Pro dashboard.
If you prefer to handle shipping labels on your own, you can manually mark an order as fulfilled by following these quick steps:
Go to Orders > Customer orders in your Pro dashboard.
Find the order you want to fulfill and click the dropdown arrow next to the Get label button.
Select Mark as fulfilled manually.
Optionally, enter a tracking number and a personal note for your customer.
We will automatically send your customer a "Your order has shipped" notification email with their order details!
Can I use Shippo for print-on-demand items?
No. Bonfire prints and ships on-demand items for you, so Shippo labels are only for self-fulfilled items.
Does Shippo cost anything?
Shippo has several pricing plans, including a free one. See Shippo's pricing page for details. Shipping labels you purchase are charged directly to the credit card attached to your Shippo account.
Can I tell customers what to expect for shipping and returns?
Yes! You can add optional custom shipping and returns text to your products while creating your product, and it will show on the product page. After checkout, customers will see our standard fulfillment time of 10-14 business days.
What kind of printer do I need for Shippo labels?
Any printer works! A small thermal label printer is a great option if you ship often, but you can also print on regular paper and tape the label to your package.
