All of the apparel sold on Bonfire is custom made and printed to order, so our fulfillment times may take longer than your average online retailer that has inventory ready to ship.

Estimated Printing and Shipping Times

Campaign batch orders

Domestic orders arrive 7-14 business days from the date the Campaign ends, not from the date of purchase. For example, if you ordered on 1/1 and the Campaign ends on 1/10, your order is guaranteed to arrive between 1/22 - 1/31. Specific date ranges will be provided in a confirmation email once an order is complete.

Delivery time for international orders can vary depending on the location. Typically, these arrive between 12-24 business days after the Campaign ends.

Average delivery times for our most popular international countries:

  • Canada: 14-20 business days

  • UK: 13-18 business days

  • Australia: 17-24 business days

Print on Demand orders

Domestic orders placed from Print on Demand Campaigns will go to print the following business day & arrive 8 - 14 business days after the order is placed.

Supply orders

Supply orders with standard shipping arrive 7-14 business days from the date you purchase. This window may be extended if there are any complications with your order (such as low file quality, copyright/trademark violations, or color issues).

Backorders

If your order includes a product that is backordered, the entire order will ship once the backordered product is in stock again. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Purchasing from Multiple Campaigns

Bonfire’s Shopping Cart feature allows you to purchase from multiple Campaigns in a single, easy checkout process.

However, orders from multiple Campaigns will be printed and processed separately, resulting in their own shipping charges, receipts, order numbers, and delivery dates.
