Place an order from your campaign

There are two ways you can order from your campaign

To order products from your own campaign, you have two routes:

  1. Buy directly from the campaign

  2. Order at cost

Ordering through your campaign

Ordering your design through your campaign will contribute to your overall sales and can help you promote your campaign. You will also be able to order internationally. However, you will be subject to all existing batch end dates, prices, and shipping costs.

To order from your campaign, just head over to your live campaign page and move through the checkout process just like your buyers!

Order at cost

When you place a custom order, you do not need to wait for the campaign end date, and you can purchase the products at the base cost. Custom orders typically arrive 7-14 business days* from the date of purchase. This window may be extended if there are any complications with your order (such as low file quality, copyright/trademark violations, or color issues).

*Custom orders can only be shipped domestically at this time.

To create a custom order from your campaign design:

  1. Navigate to the 'Campaign' section of your Dashboard.

  2. Once you've located the campaign design you'd like to order, click the 'Order at cost' button.

  3. You'll be navigated to the design tool, where you have the opportunity to adjust the design and select different products.

  4. Continue by selecting your sizes and quantities, and finally place your order!
