Modifications to your order can be made at any time before the campaign batch’s end date. For Print On Demand campaigns, modifications to your order must be made before 11:59 PM EST on the date of the order.
Many orders enter production shortly after they are placed, limiting the window for modifications. Once production begins, no changes to color, size, or shipping address can be made.
You can access your order to make changes in a few ways:
The thank-you page right after checkout
The ‘My Orders’ section of your dashboard
Your order confirmation email
You can also contact us to request changes. Reaching out to us immediately after ordering increases the likelihood of successful changes, provided production has not yet begun.
Edit the size or color
To simply change a product’s color or size, access your order from the thank-you page immediately after checkout or from your confirmation email.
If a size is not available, it means we are currently out of stock of the selected product size in the chosen color.
Once you're finished, make sure to click ‘Save Changes.’
Edit your shipping address
You can also update your shipping address for your order. To do so, click ‘Change address’ from your confirmation email or go to the ‘Track your order’ page.
Update your address and click ‘Save Changes.’

Cancel an order
Order cancellations are possible by accessing the page to edit your order in one of these locations:
The thank-you page right after checkout
The ‘My Orders’ section of your dashboard
Your order confirmation email
If you don't see an option to cancel your order on this page, you'll need to submit a request through our customer support team, and this is only possible before an order goes into production.
To request a cancellation, please email support@bonfire.com as soon as possible. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation - our team must be able to process it before the applicable cutoff time:
For print-on-demand orders, requests must be processed before 11:59 PM EST on the day the order was placed.
For campaign batch orders, cancellations must be processed before the campaign batch ends.
For custom orders, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins, which occurs shortly after the order is placed. We strongly recommend double-checking your custom order details before completing your purchase.
Once an order enters production, it can no longer be changed or canceled. If you experience an issue after receiving your order, please refer to the article Returns, refunds, and exchanges.
