Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my first design concept?
Design timelines vary based on the complexity of your design. Our team will reach out to verify your design submission and provide you with an accurate date for when you can expect your first concept.
What will I receive after my shirt design is completed?
We will upload your design to your account. After that, you will have everything you need to launch your campaign or place a custom order.
You will receive a mock-up of the design on a shirt. However, you are welcome to choose any product from our catalog!
Can I provide my own images/artwork to incorporate within the design?
Absolutely! If you’d like an element incorporated into your design, upload it to the Studio design form, and our designers will ensure it is featured.
Who owns the copyright to the design?
Bonfire owns the copyrights of all custom designs created through the Studio Standard and Premium packages. This ownership does not include any graphics you provide. Upon request, Bonfire may agree to license rights in certain designs created by Bonfire for you. You can read more about this in the Bonfire Studio Terms of Service.
What happens if I don’t like my design?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you don’t like your final design, simply contact us at support@bonfire.com to request a refund.
