When will I receive my first design concept?

After a member of our staff reaches out to verify that your design has been successfully submitted, you’ll receive your first concept within 5 business days!

What will I receive after my shirt design is completed?

We will upload your design to your account. After that, you will have everything you need to launch your campaign or order directly with Supply. 

You will receive a mock up of what the design will look like on a shirt. However, you are welcome to choose any product in any color that we offer. You’re not limited to what the example shows. 

Can I provide my own images/artwork to incorporate within the design?

Absolutely! If you’d like a certain element incorporated into your design, please upload the image when placing your order. See Uploaded Artwork and Preferred File Types for some guidelines.

Who owns the copyright to the design?

Once you’ve accepted the final design and your project is completed, we’ll transfer the rights directly to you.

What happens if I don’t like my design?

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for whatever reason you don’t like your final design, simply contact us for a full refund.
