Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my first design concept?
Design timelines vary based on the complexity of your design. Our team will reach out to verify your design submission and provide you with an accurate date for when you can expect your first concept. Most designs are finalized anywhere between 5-14 business days.
What will I receive after my shirt design is completed?
We will upload your design to your account. After that, you will have everything you need to launch your campaign or place a custom order.
You will receive a mock-up of what the design will look like on a shirt. However, you are welcome to choose any products from our catalog!
Can I provide my own images/artwork to incorporate within the design?
Absolutely! If you’d like a certain element incorporated into your design, please upload the image when placing your order. See Uploaded Artwork and Preferred File Types for guidelines.
Who owns the copyright to the design?
Once you’ve accepted the final design and your project is completed, we’ll transfer the rights directly to you.
What happens if I don’t like my design?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for whatever reason you don’t like your final design, simply contact us for a full refund.
