  1. Terms of Service. Please read these Studio Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) carefully before submitting the Studio services form. By clicking that you “agree,” you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Bonfire’s Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference and available at https://www.bonfire.com/terms-and-conditions/. These Terms of Service may be amended from time to time at Bonfire’s sole discretion. Your continued use of the Studio services following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. Studio Customers are expected to check for changes to the Terms of Service, as they are binding on you.

  2. Studio Services. Studio is Bonfire’s custom design service. Customers may choose from two package options, a standard option (“Standard Studio Package”) and a premium option (“Premium Studio Package”) (collectively referred to as the “Studio Packages” or “Studio Services,” and individually as a “Studio Package”).

  3. Studio Packages.

    1. Standard Studio Packages. Standard Studio Package purchasers will receive one (1) to three (3) custom design options with up to two (2) Revisions (as defined herein).

    2. Premium Studio Packages. Premium Studio Package purchases will receive one (1) to three (3) custom design options with up to three (3) Revisions (as defined herein). For any additionally requested revisions an additional package (a “Studio Design Edits Package”) will have to be purchased.

    3. Studio Design Edits Package. A Studio Design Edits Package allows a customer to purchase additional Revisions (as defined herein) for a fee for up to an additional two (2) revisions. This package will be offered and provided by a Studio representative to a customer when applicable.

    4. Revisions and Redesigns. Under these Terms of Service, a revision includes minor changes to the color, text, font style, and/or the addition or subtraction of a graphic element (“Revisions”). Under these Terms of Service, a redesign refers to complex changes to the overall design, such as requesting entirely different design concepts, adding new graphic elements, or changing the design style (i.e., cartoon vs. realistic) (“Redesigns”). If a customer would like to move forward with multiple design concepts or requests a redesign and decides to launch or order both versions, additional charges may be applied.

    5. Fees. The purchasing fee for each Studio Package includes:

    • Time and labor of a Bonfire designer;

    • Creative skillset of Bonfire designer; and

    • One (1) final graphic design file uploaded to a customer’s account dashboard for print.

    Studio Package fees do not include any printed items. All merchandise will need to be purchased separately. Current Studio Package fees are available at https://www.bonfire.com/studio/.

  4. Performance of Services. After you provide a detailed design submission, it is reviewed by a Studio representative. You will receive a confirmation email after your submission is reviewed and sent to Bonfire’s design team. Customers can expect their first round of designs within 8 - 10 business days from the date Bonfire’s design team receives the design submission.

    Timelines for any requested design revisions vary depending on the following factors:

    • Customer responsiveness and clarity;

    • Bonfire’s incoming design request volume; or

    • The amount of detail or design changes within the customer’s request.

  5. Studio Design Journey.

    8. Approved design is converted into a finalized file and uploaded to Customer’s Bonfire dashboard.

  6. Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds will be issued for the full amount, upon request. Customers can request a refund at any time if their expectations have not been met. Refunds will be reflected in a customer’s bank account in 3-10 business days from the day it was issued.

    If a design request cannot be fulfilled due to the complexity of the request or cannot be completed by the customer’s desired timeline a refund may be issued and the order will be canceled. Bonfire can choose to cancel and refund an order at our discretion.

    A refund may not be given in the following circumstances:

    1. Once the finalized design file has been sent to the customer and/or uploaded to their dashboard; or
