A Supporter list gives access to a breakdown of information about your campaign(s). Buyer information may not be comprehensive if a buyer does not consent to have their information shared during checkout. How to Generate a Customized Report

  1. Navigate to the Campaign Tab - found in the Dashboard sidebar

  2. Choose which campaign or batch to pull from -

    1. If your campaign is in batches, you’ll have options to view by batch or all-time. If your campaign is POD, you’ll only see the all-time view.

  3. Click Download Supporter List- Scroll down.

    1. If you do not have any sales, you will not see a button.

    2. If you have sales, but no completed orders for that view, you will see a button, but it’ll be disabled.

    3. If you have completed orders for that view, you will be able to request the report.

    4. If you are looking at a specific batch, you will have the option to download the all-time view.

  4. Set Password - Optional

  5. Generate the Report - Click the green button, “Generate .CSV Report” to begin generating.

  6. Check Your Email - Your report will now be emailed to the email connected to your Bonfire account.
