At Bonfire, we strive to print every order perfectly on high-quality products and ship them in a timely fashion. If we ever come up short and ship you an imperfect product, we’ll make it right. Here’s how:
Misprinted, damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your campaign or Supply order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is incorrect in any way, we will gladly offer you the choice between a replacement of the product or a full refund.
If the product you ordered does not fit as expected or you’ve simply changed your mind and would like to return your order, please feel free to send us a message at any time. We will gladly work with you to reach an agreeable solution.
If you’d like to cancel your order before a campaign’s end date, simply contact us and we’ll cancel it and issue you a full refund. After a campaign’s end date, we are not able to cancel orders as they are already being produced and shipped. In addition, we will not be able to cancel Supply orders that are already being produced and shipped. Instead, please reach out on our Contact Us page to explore other options.
