Canceling a campaign

If your Campaign has not made its first sale and is in its first batch, consider reverting your Campaign back to a draft. From there, you can make any edits and launch again or simply archive it from your Dashboard.

If you’d like to delete a Campaign, please send us a message on our contact page.

If your Campaign has sold any products, we recommend letting the current batch finish out so that buyers can receive their orders.

Ending a Campaign to prevent future batches

To end your campaign and prevent future batches from launching automatically, simply turn off Smart Launch:

1. Open your Campaign in your Dashboard, hover over the ellipsis icon and select 'Edit Campaign' from the drop-down:

2. Navigate to the Profits step in the header:

4. Toggle Smart Launch off:
