Find your order number

Need help finding your order number?

Your order number allows you to track, make changes to, troubleshoot, and view the status of existing orders. Order numbers look like this:

Campaign orders

2X-XXXX-XXX

Custom orders

D-2X-XXXX-XXX

You can find your order number in one of three ways:

  1. From one of our emails

  2. In your dashboard

  3. On the package label

In your email

Simply search for "Your Bonfire.com Order" in your email provider. Your order number will be located right underneath the campaign or custom order name.

In your dashboard

For campaign orders

Here's how to find a campaign order number in your dashboard:

  1. Go to My Orders in your dashboard

  2. Select the "From Campaigns" tab

  3. Locate the nine-digit order number for your campaign order

For custom orders

Here's how to find a custom order number in your dashboard:

  1. Go to My Orders in your dashboard

  2. Select the "Custom Orders" tab

  3. Locate the nine-digit order number for your custom order. Please note that the custom order number will begin with "D-".

On the package label

Your order number will be listed on the label on your Bonfire package. For domestic orders, look for it towards the bottom of the label. The campaign name and your order number will usually be located underneath the big barcode.

International packages will have the campaign name & order number listed on the left side of the label.

Track your order

Now that you have your order number, track your order.
