Your order number allows you (and us) to track, make changes to, or view payment status information on existing orders. 

If you have not created an account with Bonfire, you can find your order number from your order confirmation email. If you do have an account, you can locate it in your Account Dashboard.

Find Your Order Number Using the Account Dashboard

1. Click on “My Orders” in your Account Dashboard.

  • If you purchased from a Campaign, your order will be listed under, “from Campaigns.” If you purchased via Supply, your order will be listed under “Custom Orders”. 

2. Once there, choose between “from Campaigns” and “Custom Orders” to locate the nine-digit order number (note that Supply orders begin with a ‘D-’)
