Track an order
If you have placed an order on Bonfire, you can track its status by visiting the Track Your Order page. This page is updated during each stage of the production and shipping process. To view the complete details, just enter the order number, which can be found in your confirmation email.
Confirmation email
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email for a campaign or custom order, check your spam/junk folder and search for “Bonfire.” To prevent your email provider from blocking our emails in the future, you’ll need to “whitelist” Bonfire. If all else fails, send us a message on our contact page.
